BAMnut Noodles with Sweet Hot Seasoning

BAMnut Noodles with Sweet Hot Sauce

Ingredients

1 packet BAMnut Noodles
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Sesame seeds
Bok choy, lightly steamed

For the sauce:

Sweet Hot Seasoning packet from BAMnut Noodles
2-4 tbsp boiling water
1 tbsp chili crisp
2 tbsp creamy salted peanut butter
1 tsp sriracha

Optional garnishes:

½ tbsp sesame seeds
Fresh green onions

Directions

Start by cooking the BAMnut noodles according to the package instructions (except do not add the seasoning packets at this stage, just water to cook the noodles).
While the noodles are cooking, make the sauce and prep your veggies.
Take the seasoning and oil packets included in the BAMnut Noodle package and add them to a bowl with all the sauce ingredients. Stir until creamy. Adjust the hot water in this step to your desired consistency.
Assemble the bowl and enjoy!
